Locked out of 6E Club? A reset takes about a minute if your registered SIM is in the phone.

Reset in Four Steps

   Step 1: Tap Forgot password on the login screen.

   Step 2: Enter your registered number.
3. 3
   Step 3: Type the OTP from the SMS.
4. 4
   Step 4: Choose a new password and log in.

Change It While Logged In

Account → Settings → Login password. Enter the old one, then the new one twice.

Lost or Changed SIM

Ask your operator for a replacement SIM with the same number. If that is impossible, contact 6E Club customer support with your UID.

Change It Right Away If…

• You logged in through a link someone else sent.
• You see a login alert you do not recognise.
• You used the same password anywhere else.

Choosing a Strong Password

A short phrase of three unrelated words plus a number is far harder to guess than a name or birthday – and easier to remember.

Resetting the Withdrawal Password

If it is the payout password you have forgotten, look under Account → Settings or ask support to reset it. You will be asked to confirm the account belongs to you.

After Any Reset

Log out of every other device, check recent login alerts, and look through Wallet history for anything you do not recognise.
